If you are already working with me and need to contact me between sessions I can be reached during normal business hours by phone. If you are already a client of mine I do text, but only for appointment changes. Any personal information should be left in voice mail. Be aware that I may only have a few minutes between sessions to speak with you.
If you cannot reach me and feel you are in need of emergency help, please go to an emergency room or dial 911 for assistance.
I am not available via email or through this webpage.
I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to change an appointment. This allows me time to schedule another appointment in that slot. You will be billed for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
I am working via a web platform called Simple Practice which is a secure website and HIPAA compliant. Once we have scheduled an appointment I will send you some forms to complete before our first session. You will also receive an invitation to add your credit card or HSA card to the website if that’s your method of payment.
